The information desk is in the lobby. Please feel free to speak to staff, as they will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

Toilets

There are toilets on every floor.

Changing tables

Changing tables are located within the disabled toilets on the second basement level and on the ground, first and second floors.

Elevators

There is an elevator on every floor of the museum. If you need to use an elevator, please speak to a member of staff.

Cloakroom

For security reasons large bags, suitcases and rucksacks cannot be taken into the museum.

Large items of luggage can be stored in lockers at the Bahnhof Enge station, while smaller bags should be placed in our free lockers in the cloakroom. To use the lockers, you will need a deposit of one Swiss franc or one euro coin.

There is a space in the lobby where you can leave pushchairs. Please speak to a member of staff for more details.

Seating

A seating area is available in the lobby, and in the exhibition space on the first basement level and first floor.

Drinking water

The drinking water in Zurich is of a very high quality. All of the toilets in the museum have wash basins with clean drinking water.

Gastronomy

The Sportsbar 1904, which has a waiter service, is on the ground floor. On the second floor, there is a bistro.

You can access all of the eating areas and our shop without having to buy a ticket to enter the museum.

Museum shop

Our Museum Shop on the second floor contains a wide and exclusive array of over 200 gift ideas, souvenirs and collectibles. Why not take a piece of football history home with you?

World Cup Lounge

Book our exclusive, 70-seat World Cup Lounge to celebrate winning the league with a gala dinner or get your team fired up for the season with a business lunch.

Conference centre

Meetings, conferences, seminars: whatever the event, our conference centre will fit the bill. The museum has its own state-of-the-art seminar facilities with various rooms that can be tailored to individual needs.
