Our program for the Long Night of Zurich’s Museums

The FIFA Museum is taking part in the Long Night of Zurich’s Museums (Lange Nacht der Zürcher Museen) again this year. We are happy to be part of this great event again on 4 September this year and have an exciting program for you.

Our program during the Long Night this year is all about small events that have a big impact. The motto of this year's edition is "Game Changer" and it starts at 7 pm.

Walk the path of Game Changers - Individual tour
Moments create history. At different points in the exhibition, story-tellers will share their game changing moment with visitors and ask you to share your own stories.

One of those story-tellers on our Game Changer path will be FIFA Museum Ambassador Pascal Zuberbühler. In front of the 2006 FIFA World Cup showcase in the World Cup Gallery, the former goalkeeper of the Swiss national team tells his very personal Game Changer moment that made him a World Cup record holder. In between, Zubi will of course be available for autograph requests and photos.

Each visitor that completes the Game Changers path will receive a pin as a give-away. The path takes around 30 minutes.

Game Changer Interview – Live video interview with Diego Forlán
Our new international museum ambassador Diego Forlán will of course also be taking part in the Long Night. Unfortunately, he won't be able to make it to Zurich in person, but he will be talking about the game changer moments in his long and successful career via video interview.

The video interview will take place from 20.45 to 21.00 in the Rainbow on the ground floor of the museum. The moderator will be in the museum while Diego Forlán will be broadcast live from Uruguay via the LED screens.

20.45 - 21, Ground floor FIFA Museum.

Game Changer Pub Quiz - Test your knowledge!
Short Quiz slots across the evening on the night's topic of Game Changers will take place at the museum’s event hall.

The winners of each round will receive a drinks voucher for our Sports Bar.

19.15, 20.15, 21.15, 22.15, 23.15, 00.15 (15 minutes each)

Sportsbar 1904 - Food and drinks
The Sportsbar welcomes you with live football and special signature drinks and food creations especially for the Long Night. The Sportsbar menu is available until midnight. Live DJ until 2am.
